Q: What is the most effective protection?
A: The protection that gets worn!!
Too often, our protection is left hanging in the closet or is removed because it is too hot, too bulky, too uncomfortable or just unflattering. Invisible Armor is light, low-profile, flexible, abrasion and impact resistant. The moisture managing fabric keeps you comfortable in hot and cold temperatures. Because Invisible Armor is flattering and fashionable it gets worn.

Q: How do I determine which jacket size I need?
The key measurement is your waist measurement. Because the core body is wraped in pads it is the area with the least amount of stretch. If you choose the jacket that matches your waist size on the Size Chart the rest of the jacket will fit properly.
Q: How do I know if the jacket fits properly?
A: When you have the jacket on, turn sideways and look at yourself in a mirror.
1) The spine pads should lay flat along your back. If they do not your jacket is too large you need the next smaller size jacket.
2) The core pads should fit just under the breasts and not ride up over when you lift your arms. If the jacket does ride up over the breasts you need the next larger size jacket.
3) The elbow pad is the only pad you will have to adjust when you put the jacket on. Adjust the full rounded pad so your elbow sits in the crease of the full circle and the half round above it. When your elbow is bent the full round portion of the pad should be below your elbow and the half round above your elbow.
4) Once the elbow pads are adjusted the sleeve length will appear long. This is to allow for coverage when your arms are raised when riding and to stay tucked in gloves.
Q: Is there a difference between the beige (Allure) and black (Elan) Invisible Armor jackets.
A: Yes! Both jackets are identical in construction. The Allure jacket is made in a moisture managing solid beige fabric and the Elan is made in a moisture managing mesh black fabric.
The pads on the black Elan Invisible Armor jacket provides significant impact/abrasion resistance because the pads are covered in a 600 Denier Ponte (compared to a luggage fabric that is 400 Denier Ponte). The beige Allure jacket provides moderate abrasion resistance and significant impact resistance because the pads are covered in the fabric used in the base of the jacket which is abrasion resitant but not to the level of the 600 Denier Ponte.
Q: How do I decide which Invisible Armor jacket is best for me?
A: We recommend determining how you will utilize the jacket most often.
1) If you will use the jacket most often in hot weather, worn alone over a tank or t-shirt we recommend the black Elan Invisible Armor that has higher abrasion resitant fabric on the pads and the mesh fabric provides better air flow while riding.
2) If you will use the jacket most often as a layering piece under another jacket than we recommend the beige Allure Invisible Armor. The moderate abrasion resistance of the pad fabric is enhance by the outer layer of protection and the solid fabric is a better insulating layer in colder temperatures.
Q: How do I clean Invisible Armor?
A: Invisible Armor is very easy to care for you simply hand wash and lie flat to dry. It will dry in approx 2 hours.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: When your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. When your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the status and/or ship/expected ship date of your order. When the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail from UPS with your tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: We attempt to process all orders within 24 hours of the next business day that the order was received. With standard shipping you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Additional time is required for APO/FPO and international orders. See the complete details about Shipping.
Q: What if I purchase the wrong size, or item?
A: Cameleon provides 1 free return shipping and re-send on all items that need to be exchanged.
Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If your order was placed on the website and you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund by. All returns require a RA#. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Invisible Armor must be returned in a box to protect the pads from damage. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We do ship internationally. When you receive by e-mail your Order Confirmation it will indicate a Customer Service Representative will contact you by the end of the next business day with a quote for shipping.
